Ingredients:
2 Rice quinoa cakes
3 Tablespoons of cream cheese
1 Mashed avocado
Two slices of salmon
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedge to garnish
Method:

- Top with the avocado
- Place the salmon slices on top
