Five minutes planning and prepping at night will ensure you have a hearty and healthy breakfast in the morning!
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup quick oats
1/2 Cup almond milk
1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 Teaspoon chia seeds
Method:
- Place oats in preferred container or serving dish
- Pour almond milk, vanilla extract and chia seeds in seperate bowl and stir gently
- Pour milk mixture over oats and refrigerate overnight
- Garnish with sliced strawberries and pistachios
