Ingredients
2 sweet plums sliced in half with stones removed
1 tablespoon of brown soft brown sugar
1 tablespoon of ricotta
1-2 tablespoons of granola
1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios
Method
Line a small baking tray with baking paper
Place the plum halves skin side down onto the tray
Sprinkle over the brown sugar
Place under a hot grill for 5-8 minutes until sugar has melted and plums are a little tender
Allow to cool
Place the plums into a serving bowl
Top with the ricotta, granola and chopped pistachios
