Chia, White Peach and Spinach Smoothie

Go green! This bright and delicious smoothie is packed full of green goodness and makes for a healthy and fresh start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 White peach cut into quarters
  • 2 Cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 Small banana sliced
  • 1/4 Cup natural greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon clear honey
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds

 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth
  2. Pour into serving glass and enjoy

Note: ?A little milk can be added for a thinner consistency
