Ingredients
- 1 White peach cut into quarters
- 2 Cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 Small banana sliced
- 1/4 Cup natural greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon clear honey
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth
- Pour into serving glass and enjoy
Note: ?A little milk can be added for a thinner consistency
