Grapefruit is one of the most healthy items to eat for breakfast and perfect for those counting calories. This simple parfait is refreshing and takes only a few minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ruby grapefruit segmented
- 4 tablespoons natural Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons granola
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method:
- Place the grapefruit into a parfait glass
- Trickle honey over the grapefruit
- Top with 2 tablespoons of the granola
- Then spoon in the yogurt and top with the remaining granola
