Ruby Grapefruit Parfait

Grapefruit is one of the most healthy items to eat for breakfast and perfect for those counting calories. This simple parfait is refreshing and takes only a few minutes to make!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ruby grapefruit segmented
  • 4 tablespoons natural Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

Method:

  1. Place the grapefruit into a parfait glass
  2. Trickle honey over the grapefruit
  3. Top with 2 tablespoons of the granola
  4. Then spoon in the yogurt and top with the remaining granola
