No need to heat up last nights leftovers breakfast pizza is here! This healthy pizza is packed full of goodness for a well-balanced slice of greens and protein.
Ingredients:
- 1 large pizza base? jar of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of frozen spinach
- 4 large cage free eggs
- Salt, pepper and parmesan cheese to taste
Method:
- Heat oven to 400 Fahrenheit
- Place pizza base on pizza tray
- Generously cover pizza base with sauce and evenly distribute spinach
- Crack four eggs evenly spaced around the pizza (make sure to keep yolk intact)
- Place pizza in the oven and cook for 15 20 minutes or until crust is at desired crispiness and egg yolk at desired firmness
- Remove pizza from oven and add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese to taste
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat when needed
