Spinach and Egg Breakfast Pizza

No need to heat up last nights leftovers breakfast pizza is here! This healthy pizza is packed full of goodness for a well-balanced slice of greens and protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large pizza base? jar of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of frozen spinach
  • 4 large cage free eggs
  • Salt, pepper and parmesan cheese to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 400 Fahrenheit
  2. Place pizza base on pizza tray
  3. Generously cover pizza base with sauce and evenly distribute spinach
  4. Crack four eggs evenly spaced around the pizza (make sure to keep yolk intact)
  5. Place pizza in the oven and cook for 15 20 minutes or until crust is at desired crispiness and egg yolk at desired firmness
  6. Remove pizza from oven and add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese to taste
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat when needed
