Grilled Plums with Ricotta

Grilled Plums with Ricotta

Grilled Plums with Ricotta provides a delight with each bite – a little bit of sweet, dash of crunchy and the smooth textured ricotta cheese.  The best part about this dish is not only eating it, but making it. The sweet smell of the warm brown sugar melting into the plums fills the kitchen and best of all – it’s really easy to make and not many dishes to clean! Our favorite kind of recipe here at For The Love of Breakfast – unique, tasty, easy to make with minimal clean-up.

2 sweet plums sliced in half with stones removed
1 tablespoon of brown soft brown sugar
1 tablespoon of ricotta
1-2 tablespoons of granola
1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios

Line a small baking tray with baking paper

Place the plum halves skin side down onto the tray
